Resolved - We have identified the cause of the issue and a fix has been implemented and this reported issue is resolved now.

Investigating - There is currently an issue with the insights module where users are getting an error while accessing it. Our engineering team is aware of this and they are investigating it. We are hoping to provide an update soon.
