Update - Please disconnect from your eBay integration from your dashboard before re-entering your connection details to re-authenticate.
How to re-authenticate your eBay integration:
From the left navigation, select Integrations and then eBay.
Select Settings on the top right of the Dashboard.
Select Connect on the left.
Select Sign in as a different eBay user
Log in to eBay to authorize the connection.
You will be returned to Cin7 Omni.
