We are aware of an issue with Service Purchases and Simple POs causing errors for some customers

Investigating - When saving Service Purchases, some customers are getting an error message "An error occurred. Please try again later and contact support if error persists". We are currently investigating this error and will provide updates here as we learn more. .

Identified - Service POs and simple POs not saving and causing an error as a result of; \- Selecting Skip Order on Service PO and \- Selecting Blind Receipt on simple PO To get the error to go away, please; \- Unselect Skip Order on Service PO or \- Unselect Blind Receipt on simple PO.
